1 refuses THP blood alcohol test

NASHVILLE (AP) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol found only one driver who tried to refuse a blood alcohol test during the holiday weekend.

Troopers used the new “No Refusal” statute to get a court order for obtaining a sample from that motorist in Sullivan County.
