Announcement is made today of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Ashley Brooke Rambo and Jarrett Brent Taylor.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mickey and Hope Rambo. She is the granddaughter of Berniece Asher and the late Billy Jo Asher, and Anne Rambo and the late Bobby Rambo.
Ashley is a 2007 graduate of Unaka High School. She is employed by Hillview Home Care.
Her fiancé is the son of Jerry and Brenda Taylor. He is the grandson of the late Jessie and Lucy Oliver and the late Jerry and Barbara Taylor.
Jarrett is a 2005 graduate of Elizabethton High School and is attending Northeast State Community College. He is employed by Keller Glass.
The couple will be married on Saturday, December 17, 2011, at 4 p.m. at Unaka Baptist Church, Highway 91, Elizabethton, with a reception immediately following.
