11:44 am Window smashed in car at Blue Hole
A car parked at Carter County’s Blue Hole has been broken into and a purse has been stolen.
Jeremy Young of Hampton told Dep. Issac Rhea of the Carter County Sheriff’s Department that someone busted the passenger side front window out of his 1995 BMW on Sunday. The car was parked at the Blue Hole on Panhandle Road in Stoney Creek.
According to a report, the burglar took a purse, belonging to Young’s girlfriend. The black Tommy Hilfiger purse contained an iPod and case, cash, cards, driver license and a Johnson County teacher’s identification.
