The GFWC of Tennessee Elizabethton Woman’s Club will meet at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church. This will be a working meeting to fill 160 candy bags for Little Milligan School. The bags will be used by the librarian during the RIF reading program. This month’s meeting will also be a celebration of Valentine’s Day. The meeting will precede the work session. All members are encouraged to attend.

Cloudland High School will host its second annual “Pink Out Game” when the Highlanders will battle the Johnson County Longhorns beginning at 3:30 p.m. There will be a total of four games played over the course of the evening. The school invites the entire community to come support the Cloudland Highlanders and this great cause. Everyone is asked to wear pink to the games to help raise awareness about breast cancer. In addition, cupcakes and t-shirts will be offered for sale and a cake raffle will be held. Those attending will also have a chance to donate monetarily to help find a cure for breast cancer. Students will be on hand to share information about cancers that affect everyone from young to old.
