County 4-H announces poster contest winners
Carter County 4-H has announced the 2011-2012 4-H Poster Contest winners. The first place county 4-H poster contest winner is Joseph Trivette, a seventh grade student at Cloudland High School.

The second place county winning 4-H poster was created by Katherine Lewis and Haley Fair, both seventh graders at 4-H club at Unaka Elementary.
Winning third place in the 4-H Poster Contest are Lane Kyte and Bryce Carter, both fifth grade students at Happy Valley Middle School.
The 4-H Poster Art contest offers 4-H members the opportunity to display their artistic talents by designing and creating a poster to promote 4-H and 4-H activities. These winners represent the five hundred and eighty-seven 4-H members who created posters for their local contests.
