American Legion meeting

The American Legion Watauga Post No. 49 and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary will meet at the American Legion building, on the corner of West G Street and Watauga Avenue, Tuesday, Oct. 2.

Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. with the meeting to follow at 7 p.m.

First time non-member veterans will have dinner for free.

Any veteran interested in becoming a member of the Post is invited.
