Animal shelter staff report dog stolen Monday night

Elizabethton Carter County Animal Shelter staff believe a female bull terrier that disappeared from the shelter Monday night was stolen and is seeking the community’s help to have the dog returned.

Bella, a 5-year-old bull terrier, was believed to have been stolen from the Elizabethton Carter County Animal Shelter Monday night. Anyone seeing this dog should call the shelter at 547- 6359.
Shelter Director April Jones said the last time shelter staff saw the 5-year-old bull terrier named Bella was Monday afternoon around 4:30 when the shelter closed for the day.
