Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Smith celebrated 55th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Joe Smith celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, October 19, 2011.

They were married on October 19, 1956 by the bride’s father, the late Rev. W.E. Phillips.

Mrs. Smith, the former Nancy Phillips, is a homemaker.

Mr. Smith retired from Great Lakes Research.
