Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McKinney celebrating 60th anniversary

Clarence and Elsie Harrison McKinney of Elizabethton were married October 4, 1951 in Elizabethton by the late David Brooks. They will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with their family this weekend.

The McKinneys are the parents of two daughters, Gertrude (Terry) Butler of McHenry, Ill., and Mary Jo (Charles) Porter of Olathe, Kansas, and two sons, Keith (Barbara) McKinney of Overland Park, Kansas, and the late Ronnie (Karen) Crowe of Elizabethton.

They have seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
