The shirts are a part of the bank’s “There’s No Place Like Carter County” campaign. There are six designs available, which feature catchy slogans for the communities of Hampton, Happy Valley, Poga, Roan Mountain, Stoney Creek and Elizabethton. The shirts are being sold for $10 each with $5 to be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank Mobile Pantry.
Carter County Bank President and CEO Dale Fair said the campaign was started as a way to bring some positivity back to Carter County.
