Billy Joe Colbaugh Sr.

Billy Joe Colbaugh Sr., 72, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2014, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Harry and Helen Campbell Colbaugh.
Joe was a graduate of Unaka High School. He was a retired employee of Inland Container after 37 years of service. He was an avid softball fan.
Joe was a member of the Elizabethton Moose Lodge. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include his wife, Anne; a son and daughter-in-law, Billy Joe and Angie; two granddaughters, Holly and fiancé Travis, and Leslie; two great-grandchildren, Jeremy and Bryanna; three step-children, Alfonso, Alexis and husband Cody, and Ashley; seven step-grandchildren, Michael, Alex, Joshua, Ayden, Faith, Malina and Cody; his lifetime friends, Earlene, Mick and Kathy Marshall, Karen and Jeff Reed and Cob Riddle and wife Helen; his forever friends, Tim, Doug, Meghan, Lisa, Worm, Bubba, John and Tony; and his family of friends at the Elizabethton Moose Lodge.
It was his request to be cremated. No services are planned at this time. Condolences to the Colbaugh family may be e-mailed to mfc@chartertn.net.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge.
