Richard and Angela Townsend, Elizabethton, announce the birth of their daughter, Charlene Alexus Townsend, on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at Johnson City Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds and 8 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Charlene has a brother, A.J., and two sisters, Madison and Trinity.

Aubrey Carroll Bowling

Krista and Cody Bowling, Elizabethton, announce the birth of their daughter, Aubrey Carroll Bowling, on Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at Johnson City Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds and 15 ounces and was 21-1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Kelly Goins and Patrick Ward, Stevie McLaughlin and Richard Bowling, all of Elizabethton.

Aubrey has two brothers, Jeremiah and Kevin Bowling.

 

 

 

Heather and Kenneth Hopland, Elizabethton, announce the birth of their son, Barnes Anderson Hopland, on Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Johnson City. He weighed 8 pounds and 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.

 

Barnes has an older brother, Clay, and an older sister, Baylor.

 

 

 

Terry and Charity Johnson, Elizabethton, announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Jane Johnson, on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds and 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

 

 

 

David and Amber Wilson, Erwin, announce the birth of their daughter, Adrianna Makenzie Wilson, on Monday, Aug. 29, 2011, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.

 

 

 

Danny and Kim Jones, Johnson City, announce the birth of their son, Brett Evan Jones, on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Johnson City. He weighed 7 pounds and 5 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long.
