A three-run second inning by Doe Valley played a vital role in their 6-2 win.
Jackson Killion led off with a walk, then moved to second on a bunt single by Gavin Shelton. Reid Taylor drove in the first run with a single and Micah Nix kept the rally going with a base hit.

The “Lighting Bolts” ran their overall record to 13-1 to keep pace with Summers Taylor, which supports the same identical mark.
Coach Jimmy Ensor’s squad scored three times in the first, then broke the game open by pushing 10 more across in the second.
