Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Hampton man who shot at an occupied truck outside of his home on Saturday evening.
Deputy Michael Freeman of the Carter County Sheriff’s Department said officers were dispatched to a Hampton business on Saturday at 7:39 p.m. in reference to a domestic disturbance. Freeman and Sgt.
