A native of Boca Raton, Fla., he was a son of the late Albert and Mary Elizabeth Ramsey DiCampli. He had lived in Carter County since 1993.
Mr. DiCampli was a retired meat cutter. His hobbies were hunting and fishing.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Christine DiCampli, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; three grandchildren, Emily, Dustin and Stacy; and his ex-wife and friend, Diana DiCampli.
A memorial service for Mr. DiCampli will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday, September 29, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Brent Nidiffer, minister, officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date in the Delray Beach Municipal Cemetery, Delray Beach, Fla. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Charles to the Ronald McDonald House, 418 N. State of Franklin, Johnson City, TN 37604.
