Borderview Christian Church

The purpose of Borderview Christian Church is to make disciples around the world, baptizing them into Christ, teaching love, unity and service, and becoming mature followers of our Lord Jesus Christ. Borderview Christian Church seeks to uplift our Savior in each of its many ministries: benevolence, education, evangelism, fellowship, missions, music, worship, etc. With the New Testament as our only guide for successful Christian living, the Christian family at Borderview also seeks to encourage one another in right living through scriptural messages, dynamic worship, praiseful music, and wonderful fellowship opportunities for all ages. We invite you to be a Christian only, as you experience the new life in Christ. We hope to see you soon! First Christian Church

The First Christian Church in Elizabethton had its beginning in 1891 when a group of seven individuals met in a small building on Elk Avenue. More than a century later, we still standstrong in our beliefs and in membership. As our church grew, so did our services to our members. We now are proud to offer special services for men, women, children, and young adults. We do not claim to be the only Christians, but are content to be Christians only. We seek to exalt Christ and His Word above all human creeds, and to lead sinners to Christ in the clear light of the New Testament teaching and example. Our church family is strong in faith and support as well as in numbers. We would love to have you join us to worship the Lord. Sunday Praise time 9:30 am. Sunday - Worship Service 10:00am and 6:00pm, Bible School 11:00am; Wednesday - Worship Service 7:00pm
