Council votes to restore complete bulk trash pickup

The city has won the award for five years in a row which Mullins credits to the hard work of the
water and wastewater department employees.
The citizens of Elizabethton are one step closer to having their bulk trash pickup returned as City Council Thursday evening voted to restore bulk trash pickup on a regular basis instead of approving the twice per year pickup plan that had been proposed.
