Cyclones withstand Warriors in 8 innings

Happy Valley’s first game under the lights was a memorable one to all the fans in attendance. The Warriors turned a mind-boggling triple play in the seventh inning, but unfortunately for them, it didn’t produce a victory on a night when they lit up the valley.
Instead, Elizabethton lit up the neon scoreboard with a four-run eighth inning to claim a 6-2 Watauga Conference win. It was anybody’s game up to that point
