Douglas HOPE plans 3-day benefit sale

The non-profit organization, Douglas HOPE, will hold a gigantic three-day yard sale to raise funds for the non-profit organization.

HOPE stands for “Help Our People Excel,” and local people will be helping to secure donations of items to help with the group’s sale.

The sale will be held at 1762 W. G St., Elizabethton, Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 20-22, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Douglas HOPE will use proceeds from the sale to secure office space and to provide assistance to young adults and the community when needed. HOPE provides services that help to equip young people with the necessary tools to be successful in life.

Donations can be made out to Douglas HOPE and deposited at the Happy Valley Credit Union in Elizabethton.
