Dugger Road residents waiting on response to construction woes

The construction that is ongoing at Hillview Health Center is close to some homeowners’ property lines. They are concerned that their privacy will be diminished once the expansion is finished.
Residents along Dugger Road in Elizabethton are questioning when the changes will be made along their road to improve conditions caused by construction to a nearby nursing home. They brought their concerns before the Elizabethton Regional Planning Commission and the Elizabethton City Council earlier in May.
