Elizabethton Civitan Club offers flag service

The Elizabethton Civitan Club will raise the American flag at participating business locations for upcoming holidays, including the anniversary of 9-11 and the annual Ex-POW/MIA Recognition Day Sept. 21.Businesses interested in having a flag to observe the anniversary of 9-11 are asked to call 542-2902 to request a flag service.
