Game slips from Lady Jr. Cyclones’ grasp in fourth quarter

By

T.A. Dugger’s girls had Vance’s number for three quarters. The fourth was a different story.

Turnovers and rebounds were the catalyst for the Jr. Lady Cyclones as the Lady Vikings fought from a seven-point deficit with a 10-0 run to a lead it wouldn’t relinquish in the final frame, escaping John B. Large Gymnasium with a 29-26 victory Monday evening.

Baylee McGee totaled 13 points to lead T.A. Dugger, which opened the game with an 8-0 run and nearly led through the final horn on eighth-grade appreciation night.
