Hutchinson to enter TSSAA Hall of Fame

MOUNTAIN CITY — Johnson County doesn’t have a Wal-Mart or a movie theater, but it is home to two residents who are among the most accomplished basketball officials in the United States.
Everyone knows about Ralph Stout, but in recent years Larry Hutchinson has been talked about with the field’s greats — and he is being inducted into the TSSAA Sports Hall of Fame next month in Murfreesboro.
The two are intertwined in so many ways, and without Ralph Stout, there wouldn’t have been a Larry Hutchinson.
