JC Senior Council needs volunteers

Volunteers needed for Senior Center Advisory Council

The Johnson City Board of Commissioners soon will be considering appointments to the Johnson City Senior Center Advisory Council. The council makes recommendations regarding planning, support, and programming of the Senior Center.

Any citizen who is interested in serving as a member of the Senior Center Advisory Council may pick up an application at the Municipal and Safety Building, 601 E. Main St., or call (423) 434-6022 for an application to be mailed or faxed. To complete applications online, visit www. johnsoncitytn.org. The deadline for submitting an application is Wednesday, Oct. 10. Applications are kept on file for current year only.
