Lady Cyclones rout Clinton

CLINTON — Two missing starters failed to gum up the works for Elizabethton’s girls basketball team.

Getting 18 points, seven rebounds and three steals from Reazyn DeMoss, the Lady Cyclones laid a 68-38 thumping on Clinton in non-conference play Monday night.

“Defensively, we were very active,” said EHS coach Len Dugger. “We played with some energy, we played with some toughness. Reazyn had a huge second half. We put her inside on post tonight; she was out of her element a little bit. I was real pleased with the overall effort and performance.”
