KINGSPORT — After climbing from a five-game slump with a win against Johnson County Friday, Happy Valley’s girls kept the mojo working.
The Lady Warriors found the same intensity on the road Monday holding Sullivan North to single-digits in each of the final three quarters with a stifling press defense.
Offensively, four scorers in double figures showed a winning hand in a 78-31 rout over the young Lady Raiders at Richard Carroll Gymnasium.

The one thing that did go right for the Warriors ultimately got away.
After rallying from a 12-point deficit for a second quarter lead, Happy Valley took a three-point deficit into the locker room and fell flat in the second half.
