A homeowner told Carter County authorities it appeared someone knew the exact location to enter an Elizabethton home before taking three firearms sometime during the month of December, according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Department offense report.
Walter Ray Lyons Jr., 236 McKeehan Ridge Road, told police he was in the hospital during the time his .22-caliber Beretta, .380 caliber-PMK and Ruger GP100 went missing from his home.
