Fannie Rupe celebrated
69th birthday on Nov. 11
Fannie "Jean" Rupe celebrated her 69th birthday on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Fannie is the mother of two daughters and a son-in-law, Melissa Hale, Elizabethton, and Angie and Allan Oliva, Naples, Fla., and a stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Chip and Mandy Rupe.
She has six grandchildren, Chance Hale, Anna Oliva, Vance, Madisson, Gavin and Gunner Rupe.
Fannie retired from Raytheon Corporation and now resides in Piney Flats.
Fannie celebrated the occasion with her sisters at Red Lobster on her birthday. She is also celebrating today, Nov. 15, with a dinner at Lone Star Restaurant with her daughter and grandson.
