	Rozella Hardin / Editor Responsibilities at the Star: As editor of the Star, Rozella formulates editorial policy and manages the Editorial Department, which includes news, sports, and photography. She is also responsible for the layout and design of the newspaper. A 37-year employee of the Elizabethton Star, Rozella also writes editorials, news and feature articles. 	Bryan Stevens / Assistant Editor, Lifestyles Editor, Director of Photography Responsibilities at the Star: Bryan assists the newspaper's editor with any and all tasks relevant to maintaining a local emphasis on news gathering and reporting. Bryan also coordinates the newspaper's Sunday Lifestyles section, gathering feature stories and photographs to inform and entertain readers. He also compiles the society news, such as weddings, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays and club news. In addition, he helps edit the newspaper's "Community Calendar" listings and writes two weekly columns - "Feathered Friends" explores the region's birds and the people who enjoy ornithology; "Eating Out" spotlights the area's dining opportunities each Friday. 	Janie McKinney / Typesetter-proofreader Responsibilities at the Star: Janie secures obituary information, listings for the daily calendar, school news, editorial content and special sections. She also proofreads documents and corrects typographical errors for composition. She assists the Lifestyles Editor by typesetting and proofreading articles for the Lifestyles Section.
