Roy Laverne “Toby” Julian Sr., 72, of Elizabethton, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, June 28, 2013.
Toby was born and raised in Elizabethton, Tenn., and was the son of the late Roy O. and Beatrice Miller Julian.
