Willie A. Barnett, age 85, of 114 River Road, Elizabethton, passed peacefully away with his family by his side on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
Arrangements are incomplete at the present time and will be announced by Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services.
