Rodric H. Greenwell

 

Rodric H. Greenwell, 84, 462 Dry Hollow Road, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, November 2, 2009, at Pine Ridge Care Center. A native of Johnson County, he was a son of the late Rodric and Glenn Smith Greenwell. Mr. Greenwell was a retired employee of Jarl Extrusions. He was a member of Pleasant Beach Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Greenwell, a son, Charles Greenwell, two sisters, Opal Bowling and Bernice Stout, and a brother, Dale Greenwell.

 

Survivors include a special niece and caregiver, Barbara Eggers, Elizabethton; a grandson, Seth Greenwell, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; a sister, Louise Stansberry, Telford; several other nieces and nephews; and a special friend and caregiver, Dennis Williams.

 

Graveside services and interment for Mr. Greenwell will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, in the Grindstaff Cemetery (Stoney Creek).
