East disposed of the Warriors 62-30 in Three Rivers Conference action on Wednesday night at Bayless Gym.

“They’ve got four or five kids that when they shoot it, there’s a good chance of it going in.” Happy Valley coach Chuck Babb said. “We didn’t get killed on the boards. We lost the boards.

The Warriors (3-14) were down 16-11 heading in the second quarter. For the next three periods Happy Valley didn’t score in double digits.

“I felt like Happy Valley took the fight to us, and played awfully tough, strong and aggressive with a lot of spirit,” East coach John Dyer said. “They put us back on our heels tonight.”

Still the Patriots (18-6) remained undefeated in league play. David Cassady tossed in 15 points, draining five 3-pointers.
