Planners approve change in meeting date, two new businesses

The Elizabethton Regional Planning Commission approved changing its meeting schedule following a request from the First Tennessee Development District.

The commission will now meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. as opposed to the first Tuesday of each month, which had been the regular meeting date since the commission was formed.
