Police say nude man entered apartment without permission

Police say a man accused of entering an Elizabethton apartment in the nude and kicking a teenager told them he was sleepwalking.

 

Elizabethton Police Department Officer Sarah Ellison said Steven Seals, 48, 109 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested early Friday morning on a charge of aggravated burglary.

Police had been called on Wednesday evening to a West G Street apartment. Ellison said officers spoke to the two residents, a woman and her 16-year-old brother. The woman, Ellison said, reported that they were sitting in the living room of the residence and a nude white male entered the apartment.
