Postive results for City TCAPs

The annual Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program (TCAP) achievement tests are one of the standards that measure student proficiency in core curriculum from year to year. The Elizabethton City School System showed improvement in each of the subjects included on the testing, and school administrators said they are pleased with this year’s results.
