Rhodes, Wilson guide Cloudland girls past Unaka

Brooke Rhodes and Courtney Wilson were like a fully charged electric fence installed over a 15-foot square inside of Snavely Gymnasium Tuesday.
The two supplied the voltage needed to prevent Unaka intruders from getting easy baskets inside the paint. They combined for 30 points, 26 rebounds and 11 blocked shots, leading Cloudland to a 49-35 win over the Lady Rangers.
The win sets the stage for Friday’s matchup at home against Hampton with the conference title on the line.
