Ridgeview Campground open for business

A ribbon cutting was held last month for Ridgeview Campground at 305 Ben Allen Road in Elizabethton.

The campground offers 15 spots capable of accepting recreational vehicles. The RV park will offer nightly, weekly and annual leases. Each spot has its own electricity, water, sewer and Wi-Fi. Each spot also can accommodate phone and private Internet hook-ups.

Ridgeview Campground is also only 15 minutes from such destinations as Watauga Lake, Bristol Motor Speedway and Johnson City. The family-oriented park has a no alcohol or drugs policy. Future plans include a walking trail, picnic pavilion and playground.

    Our family has visited this campground. What a wonderful view of the mountains! Am so glad it is here! Friends from out of state enjoyed camping at Ridgeview Campground, and were to glad it was so clean, so near where they were visiting and in such a lovely location!
