The Lady Rebels defeated Knox Bearden and Columbia in the Class AAA State Tournament at MTSU before falling to Brentwood last season — and have moved down in classification for 2013.
“South is always a volleyball powerhouse,” said Lady Cyclones head coach Leslee Bradley. “But I think it only makes everyone in the conference and the conference as a whole stronger. It is possible for two teams to come out of a district and end up at the state tournament.”
