Ryan Brackett EPD’s new training officer

Ryan Brackett recently became the Elizabethton Police Department’s official training officer, a new position created with the departure of former Major Rusty Verran.

When the major left last month, the department decided to create a full-time training officer position. Before then, Verran coordinated training with his other administrative duties.
